Creative Engineers constant commitment to pursue the target of quality improvement has been recognized through the certification of its Quality System by BVQI/UKAS.

The aims of company are:

• To provide outstanding quality comparable to internationally recognized submersible pumps that are reliable & safe during operation.

• To serve our distributers/ dealers / end customers with an excellent and on-time after sales service.

• To comply with all the applicable regulatory requirements.

• To continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

• To achieve the above goals, each pump, starting from procurement, production, testing, packing to marketing & after sales service is subjected to strict in-house procedures so that nothing could be ommited or left to chance.

Individually and in teams, all employees will involve in understanding, anticipate and surpass the expectations of customers and markets without error, on time, every time by maintaining an effective QMS as per ISO-9001:2000 system.
